Action for Gaza Donations: Finalization of the First Well Construction

Project Name: Drilling well in Al Mashtal Neighbor in Al Shati Camp (North of Gaza).

Start Date: 3/9/2024

Finish Date: 5/9/2024

As we celebrate reaching halfway to our goal in collecting donations and to the start of building of the water well for those in desperate need in Gaza, I want to share a small story that reflects the impact of your generosity.

Imagine a region nestled in the heart of a war-torn place like Gaza strip. For months, the people there have struggled daily to access clean water. They have been drinking mostly polluted water or had to walk to the nearest water source for miles in the hot sun and having to carry all this water on a daily basis, let alone being exposed to Israeli snipers and drones.

Then came a small spark of hope – the promise of a new water well that could provide clean, safe water for the entire neighborhood. The people no longer have to walk for long distance and carry the water, or drink dirty water, yes their life is still at risk but at least they have been relieved from one of the many hurdles and suffering they were seeing.

Today, thanks to your incredible generosity, we are have finished the first water well in Al Shati Camp “Near Al Mashtal Neighborhood”.

We are planning to go for another one from scratch starting from the next week.

If you’d like to compensate go to the Donation page.

Thank you

Other Projects

We have several projects in the pipeline, but our primary focus right now is on drilling more water wells to ensure people have easy access to clean water.

  1. Drilling new wells in communities where water is scarce.
  2. Repairing damaged water filtration facilities.
  3. Fixing or replacing damaged solar panels.
  4. Delivering food to areas that haven’t received aid recently.

We’ve already raised nearly half the funds needed for the well drilling through various groups. With your support, we hope to collect the remaining amount to complete this vital project.
